1. Facade bonding

Facade bonding is the most widely used bonding technology, and it is widely used in the production of various acrylic products.
First, wipe clean the surface to be bonded. It is best to use a master mold to achieve bonding, so that the bonded object does not shake, which is beneficial to improve the quality of bonding.
For cross-section bonding with a thickness of less than 3mm, you can directly use a syringe to inject the glue uniformly and slowly from one side, and irradiate it with an ultraviolet curing lamp for 3-5 minutes to complete the bonding.
For bonding with a thickness greater than 3mm, thin metal wires can be inserted, and the sizing is completed by the principle of capillary action. After sizing, the metal wires are drawn out before being irradiated with a UV curing lamp, or the parts that do not need to be glued can be protected by tape , Apply glue to the glued area, and put it into the acrylic board obliquely to squeeze out the bubbles. The bonding can be completed by irradiating with a UV curing lamp for 3-5 minutes.
2. Bevel bonding
The bonding slope must be a 90-degree angle to prevent the displacement of the bonded surface.
Glue should be applied evenly and slowly. The bonding can be completed by irradiating with a UV curing lamp for 3-5 minutes. Remove the master mold after it is completely cured.
3. Plane bonding
Plane bonding is a special method.
First, wipe the sticky surface clean, place it horizontally, and apply glue on it.

Place one side of the other acrylic board diagonally to touch the acrylic coated with glue, and then put it down evenly and slowly, squeeze out the bubbles from one side or use a clamp to discharge the bubbles. The bonding can be completed by irradiating with a UV curing lamp for 3-5 minutes.
