Acrylic Bubble Rod chooses the main raw material for the extrusion molding of the air cushion film to be a low-density polyethylene resin film, and the MFR of the resin is required to be in the range of 5~8g/10min. In addition, according to the needs of the working environment of the air cushion film, a certain proportion of HDPE resin and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) can also be added to the main resin for modification. If the air cushion film requires color, an appropriate amount of colorant should be added to the resin.
